Eastbourne is a unique seaside resort with an amazing range of attractions in a lovely level setting. Everything is within easy reach with the seafront promenade leading virtually straight on to the foot of the beautiful Eastbourne Downs and Beachy Head.

We travel South to Eastbourne via the cathedral city of Cambridge, Explore quaint passages set around the historic market place and colleges, where a unique and relaxing shopping experience can be found. Here a blend of independent shops is mingled with high street brands, you should arrive at your hotel with time to relax before your evening meal.

Today we travel from our hotel to Royal Tunbridge Wells, Once upon a time, over 400 years ago, a natural spring welled up from the ground. And it was named "The Tunbridge Wells". Tunbridge Wells is renowned for its shopping because it offers a truly unique experience! The combination of specialist shops and famous high street names, in a charming and historic setting, makes the town a very popular destination for shoppers, especially those looking to blend a little bit of retail therapy with a spa break or sumptuous meal. Royal Tunbridge Wells is home to one of the 2016 GB Shopping Centre Finalists: The Pantiles. Not any old covered shopping mall but a beautiful open-air promenade surrounded by the original stylish Georgian shop buildings. You will not be disappointed as there are so many independently owned boutiques that are 'not on the high street' in any other parts of the country and selling enchanting 'objets' just as desirable as Harrods! Whether it's a select gift, some fabulous homeware, piece of art, memorabilia or an exclusive item of clothing for a special occasion, you're guaranteed to find it in Tunbridge Wells.

This morning travel to Worthing, Worthing is a major town in a glorious location on the Sunny Sussex coast. With a history dating back to well before Roman times, Worthing became the archetypal Victorian seaside resort when people began to take notice of its winning combination of sunshine, sea, spectacular countryside and relatively easy access from London. This afternoon on to Brighton, The bustling city centre and attractive seafront promenade are home to many bars, restaurants and the popular Churchill Square shopping centre. Voted the happiest place in the UK, the city offers a great mix of Regency heritage, quirky shopping, funky arts and music & beachfront cool, and of course a visit to the famous pier cannot be missed.

After breakfast we make our way to Sheffield Park to join the Bluebell Railway, afternoon tea is included while you relax and enjoy the stunning scenery on your return journey to East Grinstead.

Today is set aside for you to enjoy your resort, Eastbourne, a traditional seaside town of 100,000 people, is famous for its beautiful setting between the green hills of the South Downs, the white cliffs of Seven Sisters and the sea, and for being the sunniest town in Britain.

We say goodbye to our hosts and make our way back to Lincolnshire, with comfort stops enroute
