Monday

Depart Lincolnshire for your journey to the Cumbria Grand Hotel, with a short stop in the spa town of Harrogate. Enjoy some free time before making your way to the hotel. There will be time this evening to unwind before your evening meal. (Please note the main courses are carvery style).

Tuesday

Following breakfast board the coach for a journey through the heart of the Wonderfully scenic Lake District to the ever popular North Lakes tourist town of Keswick, under the shadow of Skiddaw, before continuing to England's most beautiful lake, Ullswater, for a cruise on a steamer from Pooley Bridge to Glenridding.

Wednesday

Today board the coach for your journey to Lakeside and Haverthwaite Railway, where you will enjoy a one way trip through the beautiful Leven Valley, before then boarding a delightful cruise along Lake Windermere, England's largest lake, from Lakeside to Bowness-on-Windermere. Bowness is popular all year around and people to come here to sail on the lake or just to relax and savour the atmosphere and the towns delightful setting.

Thursday

Full steam ahead to the Western lakes for a nostalgic trip back in time on the Ravenglass & Eskdale railway, affectionately known as la'al Ratty. Enjoy a return trip on Lakelands oldest and longest railway line from the coastal village of Ravenglass to the foot of England's highest mountains. This afternoon, free time in Grange over Sands.

Friday

Bid farewell to your hosts for your journey back to Lincolnshire, with comforts stops to be taken enroute.
