Monday

We travel South to Newquay with comfort stops on the way, on arrival to the hotel you will be greeted with a traditional Sherry reception while your cases are being taken to your room. This evening the hotel will provide festive entertainment and the bar will be serving free drinks (selected brands) between 6pm and 9pm.

Tuesday

Today has been put aside for you to enjoy your resort. Visitors love Fistral beach, which takes on an entirely different personality in the winter. It's iconic, known across Europe for its consistently excellent surf. It faces due West and is lined with dramatic rocks and cliffs. When the weather cools down and the famous Cornish winds rise, it's a thrillingly wild place dotted with hardy walkers, sometimes with enormous crashing waves, other times with a flat and millpond-calm ocean.
The temperature of the water varies widely throughout the year, but the surfing carries on thanks to winter wetsuits, special cold water boots, gloves and hoods. You might even experience the legendary Cribbar Wave, an unpredictable monster that pops up on the north eastern end of Fistral Beach, the other side of the Headland Hotel, at random around twice a year. As an extra bonus, the beachcombing in winter is exceptional - who knows what you'll find, quite apart from beautiful, delicate seashells.

Wednesday

Today we travel to The Eden Project, With a worldwide reputation, and recognised by the British Travel Awards as the Best UK Leisure Attraction 4 years running (2014, 2013, 2012 and 2011) and the Silver Award for Best Leisure Attraction in 2016, Eden barely needs an introduction, but this epic destination definitely deserves a day of your undivided attention. More than just a huge, tropical garden, Eden is a gateway into the relationships between plants and people, and a fascinating insight into the story of mankind's dependence on plant life. Not only a mind-blowing visitor attraction, Eden is also fast-becoming a unique resource for education and knowledge towards a sustainable future. This evening will begin with a quiz or bingo before your evening meal.

Thursday

Today please join your driver for a trip into Plymouth. With its rich maritime heritage and its status as the regional capital for culture, Plymouth is one of the most dynamic and fascinating places to visit in Devon. There's a cluster of celebrity chef restaurants, and many of its eateries are supplied with fresh produce by the local farms and fishermen. There's also the largest shopping centre in the North West outside of Bristol, so there really is something for everyone. This evening your final night of entertainment will have you up and dancing, and don't forget to take part in the free drinks promotion.

Friday

Travel home to Lincolnshire with fresh memories of a wonderful holiday with comfort stops enroute.
