Monday

Travel to Lancashire from the comfort of your home. Your friendly driver will ensure comfort stops are made on your way to the hotel. You will arrive with time to relax and take in the beautiful surroundings before your evening meal.

Tuesday

Today we have set aside free time in your resort. Nestled along a picturesque stretch of coastline lined with well tended lawns, a boating lake and pretty parks. The rolling sand dunes from Starr Gate to St Annes and the Ribble Estuary adjacent to Lytham make a safe haven for more than 250,000 migrating birds that flock here in winter. St Annes boasts a beautifully restored Victorian Pier, promenade with views across to North Wales, multi award winning beach huts, a wide open sandy beach, plenty of places to eat and stay and wonderful seaside charm.

Wednesday

A spooky twist to day as we follow the Pendle Witch Trails by taking a coach tour guided by a local expert. You will begin at the Pendle tearooms where you can browse homewares and take a look around the garden centre before we begin our spooky tour. A witch's cauldron of places to see and stories to hear, Chilling the blood and freezing the bones. (on our executive heated coach of course).
Gaze at the stunningly beautiful wild North country scenery around Pendle Hill and experience places fabled in songs and stories. Your tour guide has lived in the area for over 40 years and loves showing people around this historic part of the World. You will return to Pendle Village for free time, before travelling on to the hotel for an excellent meal and a good night's sleep. (with spooky dreams)

Thursday

Yesterday you experienced the History of the area in respect to the Pendle Witches. Today your guide Simon, will take you into the Ribble Valley. Some of the most picturesque villages and fantastic stories come from this area. Bolton by Bowland, Downham and then onto Clitheroe where a visit to the Holmes Mill Complex awaits. A unique celebration of Lancashire food, drink and entertainment. Featuring a beer hall, hotel, food hall and much more. This former textiles mill is the perfect place to indulge, unwind and explore. All the time your knowledgeable guide will tell you highlights about all the places as you visit. On all of the visits there will be a little walking but nothing too strenuous and not great distances.

Friday

After a hearty breakfast, board the coach for your journey back to Lincolnshire. With interesting memories of a diverse holiday.
