Blenheim Palace and the Icons of Bristish Fashion

Join us for a visit to the magnificent Blenheim Palace for one of the largest exhibitions held in its 300-year history. The Icons of British fashion. The tour begins in the Great Hall so does the vast collection of drawings, materials, clothing, accessories, and photographs which are displayed throughout the palace. The exhibitions feature fashion from the past to present with many bespoke designers such as Lulu Guinness, Stella McCartney, Barbour, and Vivienne Westwood to name just a few.

The bespoke designers showcasing their work in the exhibition are as follows:-

Barbour, Bruce Oldfield, Jean Muir Lulu Guinness, Stella McCartney, Stephen Jones Millinery for Christian Dior, Temperley London, Terry de Havilland, Turnbull & Asser, Vivienne Westwood, Zandra Rhodes.


The exhibition celebrates fashion from past to present day and includes some of the designers items on loan as clothing, accessories, drawings, photography, archival materials and patterns are displayed throughout the palace. 




Sunday 30th June 24

We start our pickups in Brgh Le Marsh, through to Skegness, Ingoldmells, Chapel St Leonards to Alford and then onto Spilsby and Boston. (Please note all our excursions will still pickup in Louth, if we are not travelling in that direction a mini bus will be used to transport passengers through to our Alford depot and back to Louth on the return journey). There will be a comfort stop en route. We aim to arrive at Bleheim around lunch time and depart at 5pm. We should arrive back in Alford for approximatley 9.30pm. (Traffic depending)
