Derbyshire Dales. Bakewell and Buxton

A relaxing visit to the Derbyshire Dales calling at Bakewell and Buxton. Bakewell is famous for its pudding / tart and is a thriving market town with many small independent shops and cafes. Buxton is a Spa town with its famous crescent. There is a fountain fed direct from the Spa waters that you can fill your water bottles from and many sights to see like the Pavilion Gardens.

We begin with a visit to Bakewell. Then onto Buxton, a beautiful Spa town which has many cafes and places to visit such as the Pavillion Gardens. The third Saturday of each month is the Food & Drink Special Market which includes some of the best producers and artisan makers in the local area.

We depart 5pm for home
