Bray is the biggest town in County Wicklow. It is known as the Gateway to the Garden of Ireland and is the longest established seaside town in Ireland. It is only 19km (12 miles) south of Dublin. There is a safe beach of sand and shingle to walk on and there is a spacious esplanade. The scene is dominated by Bray Head. The scenic Cliff Walk is on the eastern side of Bray Head continues along the cliff path towards Greystones offering walkers a feast of views on the way.


Although passports are not currently required to travel to and from Ireland by ferry they are required to travel by air.

We would recommend the use of a passport in case of accident or injury whilst away in case they need to fly you back at any time



We depart Lincolnshire to meet the ferry at Holyhead. Your driver will ensure comfort stops are made on the way to the hotel situated outside of Dublin for the base of the stay. On arrival you will be treated to tea/coffee and biscuits whilst your cases are being taken to your room.


After breakfast, please join your driver for a visit to Dublin. A friendly knowledgeable guide will take you on a tour of this eclectic City. Brimming with heritage, history and culture and of course the boozy delights of the Temple bar area, your guide will give you ideas of what to plan for Wednesday where a full day will be at your leisure.


This morning we depart the hotel to meet the Dart train from Bray through the City of Dublin to Malahide there will be informative commentary on board as you whisk your way to Malahide, home to an array of chic boutiques and stores. You'll find elegant ladies wear from a host of international designers in Bianco, while down the road there's Ireland's only dedicated Marc Cain store. There is also the charming independent Manor Books shop and the Really Old Sweet Shop. We have included tea or coffee with scones for you to enjoy. Your coach will take you back to the hotel in time to relax before your evening meal.


Today is Dublin day. We have arranged your driver to take you into the centre for a full day of exploration.


We depart Bray for the ferry early in the morning, so breakfast will be served on the ferry on your return crossing. Your driver will whisk you back to Lincolnshire with comfort stops on the way.
