North Yorkshire Moors Railway Pickering to Whitby

Step back in time at the 1930's Pickering Station where you will board the train and enjoy the beautiful scenic journey to Whitby. You will dis-embark the train at Whitby and have some free time to explore this fabulous place before meeting your coach for your return journey home.

Rutland Belle Cruise & Springfields

Enjoy a morning tea cruise on the Rutland Belle, with a freshly baked scone, strawberry jam, luxury clotted cream and a tea or a coffee. The cruise lasts for approximately an hour. After a relaxing morning we make our way to Springfields at Spalding for an afternoon of retail therapy.

Bure Valley Railway & Queen of the Broads

Enjoy a leisurely ride on the narrow gauge steam railway from Aylsham to Wroxham departing at 12.15pm, followed by a two hour cruise on the Queen of the Broads in Wroxham, enjoying a hot drink and a muffin whilst relaxing on the water, followed by an hour of free time in Wroxham after before our return journey home.

Skipton Canal Cruise

A lovely 3 hour cruise along the Yorkshire Waterways with a two course ploughman's lunch including Yorkshire ham, local cheese, salad, pork pie, coleslaw, pickle and freshly baked rolls and ice cream for dessert, with a tea or coffee. There will also be free time in Skipton.

Keithley and Worth Valley Rail and Salts Mill

A chance to experience a return journey from Keighley & Worth Valley Railway in the morning. Followed by a visit to Saltaire which was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2001. Famous for Salts Mill, which tells a story of the textile industry in the latter half of the 19th Century.

Beamish, The Living Museum of the North.

A vivid recreation of life in the north during the early 1800's and 1900's. From colliery village, to the Edwardian town, Home Farm, Pockerly Manor and the Railway Station and the Northern General transport bus depot. new for 2024 includes council houses, a bowling green, Police office and a 1950's cinema with a Toy shop and electrical store to follow.

Skipton Canal Evening Fish & Chip Cruise

We arrive in Skipton for early afternoon with Saturday being market day in this historic town. We'll board the cruise early evening to enjoy a two hour leisurely cruise along the Yorkshire Waterways, whilst enjoying fish and chips from Bizzie Lizzie's.

Mid Norfolk Railway presents 'The Polar Express'

We make our way to the Mid Norfolk Railway for a ride on the Polar Express. You'll be entertained by the fabulous dancers, meet the big man himself as he hands everyone a special little keep sake, a little bell (Do you Believe?). A truly magical day out for all the family.
