Everyone must pre-book an entry ticket in advance - you can't just turn up like in previous years.

Once you're inside the event, you may stay as long as you wish. Timed entry tickets which will help us to manage visitor numbers.

The new ticket system is designed to enhance your experience, providing more space and ensuring more time is spent on festive fun. ??

Expect more space for social distancing and increased sanitiser stations, but also plenty of much-needed festive cheer with ice-skating, cool cocktails, spectacular shows and more making a return! Please note if we do need to make a few more tweaks to the event, we’ll keep you updated along the way.
